K.A. Heard Jr. is currently running for City Council to build back better, continue to create great public safety and make sure our infrastructure stays safe. Building back better for Mr. Heard Jr. means that we unify our communities. K.A. wants to engage with community councils to see how one growing community strategy or what may work for a growing community could help another community that isn't doing so well. Our public safety in K.A. Heard Jr. opinion is doing a great job under the circumstances that have occurred over the past years. If we can get even better, K.A. is all for it. Mr. Heard Jr. wants our police and fire to be the best of the best! Infrastructure needs to be safe for all. K.A. Heard Jr. lives on the west side of Cincinnati (Westwood) and the Western Hills Viaduct is a big problem for our fellow westsiders. K.A. Heard Jr. wants to make sure our water and streets stay clean. When potholes get created, we get them filled. When snow covers the ground, it gets up in a timely manner!
